I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from the Autonomous University of Querétaro. As a holistic nutritionist, I care about your health, which is why I focus primarily on whole, plant-based foods that are minimally processed—foods that nourish the body rather than harm it.
With over 40 years of experience in plant-based eating. I have traveled to places around the world where food and meditation are pillars of happiness, and I have learned the best practices for living a fulfilling life.
My mother was a pioneer in changing our lifestyle when my twin sister and I were just 3 months old, adopting a more natural lifestyle and a vegetarian diet.
Personally, nutrition as a profession and healthy eating have been my passion and my own way of life.
I have been fortunate to pass these values on to my own family, raising our children on a primarily vegan diet and teaching them to embrace a lifestyle close to nature.
